1. We can provide you with samples for checking within 7-10 days.

 3. We can accept different price terms, like EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDP etc. 

1. With regard to the payment term.

Usually, we will accept "30% down payment prepaid, the balance paid against the copy of BL", or "LC at sight". After several  good cooperation with each other, we will also consider about the term of "100% paid against the copy of BL", or "LC 30 days" etc.

2. With regard to the MOQ(minimum order quantity).

Usually, we can accpet 200 pcs per size/color for wall shelf series or other series which prices are under $10. But the total order quantities should be reach 1x20'ft container.

3. With regard to the lead time.

Usually, it is 40 days for 1x40'GP container after the 30% down payment is done (or LC  is issued). But in some special condition, we can also try to shorten the lead time to 30-35 days for you.

4. With regard to the samples.

Usually, we will provide you with samples for checking within 10 days. If the samples you required are availabel in our warehouse, we will charge no sample fees, but the delivery cost will be paid on your side. If we need to do the new samples for you, we will charge 2 or 3 times sample fees, also the delivery cost will be paid on your side.

5. With regard to the different requirements on products.

Usually, we will accpet the feasible changes on our products as your requirements.

6. With regard to the certificate.

At present, we have the certificate of FSC, ISO9001 2008. We also pass the factory evaluations by Conforama, Lowes etc.
